Getting Started

Hi,
Does RT-N56U support Astro Maxis IPTV? I am running latest firmware Version 3.0.0.4.360.
It can connect to Maxis Fiber but the IPTV does not work. I used both the Maxis-Fiber and Maxis-Fiber-Special option.
Thanks.

Hi gahkin, This firmware is to fix the UNIFI and Maxis which is unable to establish Internet connection. Once our RD finish do further testing on the firmware, an official firmware will be uploaded on the web. Use this link to temporally download the firmware first. Thank you

And if you can online then it should be working. And may I know what LAN port do you put the LAN cable to the decoder? LAN port 3 is for VOIP only. Thank you

Hi kons, The new firmware are working fine with the UNIFI, as some of our customer are using it now. May I know from what version of firmware you update from? If you updated from firmware version start with 2.x.x.x, you will need to do a factory reset on the RT-N56U. And redo the setting. Thank you

Thank you firmware 1.x.x, yes, I did do factory reset and reconfigure everything manually. but it keeps complaining pado timeout. after i downgrade the firmware back to 1.x.x, everything is working fine again.
