Yeah, only Maxis will decide whether to replace you another one or not. As long as the set functions correctly, then you are SAFE. Lol. If not, problems will keep strike you. Haha. THe most important thing is follow the instructions during jailbreak. =)

hurm...before this i use 3gs never have a single problem but after i used iphone 4 for a month a problem strike....aiyoo...so unlucky

BTW underGr0und_8 u told me that we can buy the extended warranty for the iphone...mind to share with us the steps to extend the warranty??

Local sets got AppleCare meh? @@ like cant apply ... unless ur contract is 2 years u get 2 years warranty for the local phone.

but i also not sure the ACPP apply to Msia set from telco or not

I think if warranty ends then no more repair or replacement le...for sure, one year is included for replacement. like SG set can apply for the applecare lor...cos its under apple international warranty...2 years warranty details nid ask professional here...or any Maxis staffs....hehehe I also not sure.

from the email i receive from Apple SG. it is clearly stated that repair will not be carried out at their level so they can only provide replacement unit.

but for Msia telco, it is from Brightstar. and only those signup iPhone 3G with maxis can give you the answer for 2nd year services.

Brightstar??is it the company which selling n distribute the original set of BB??so the same company will do the replacement unit for local telco set??

Brightstar now is not only distro for BB, also for motorola and apple iphone as well
