Guys, wanted to ask, since i got my iphone 4 from singapore, do i need to register for an singapore itunes account to activate my phone? Or i can just use malaysia itunes account to activate?

First you will need SG cc to register an SG iTunes account.

You can use any Acc and any sim card for SG iPhone activation

Well, i ask someone to get it for me, so i just pay money and i didn't register for anything.

I used a Msian CC to register a SG iTunes account. You just need a SG address.

I think it's worth buying even u're working in malaysia.
Compare the outright prices here n in sg.
If Iphone4 is to be sold outright by maxis at RM24xx, it'll be at least RM400 more expensive.
Personally, i don't think the warranty worth RM400.
I'd rather send it back to sg.

Yosh, got my iPhone from cousin yesterday and today, go to see Samny to cut my celcom. Wow nice and working, also already done ordering bumper from Apple Store.

IPhone 4's price is probably not going to be anywhere or too much beyond the current 3GS's outright price.
So it should be somewhere around 24xx for the 16GB unit.
My guess is, either maxis stop selling outright units or remain outright purchases with the same price as the 3GS.

Did you order the bumper in Malaysia or Singapore? From what I gather you have to send the free bumper to a Singapore address because the iPhone4 isn't officially launch in Malaysia yet.

Using the Apps, ordered in Singapore since no country to selected for Malaysia. Only certain country can ship those bumper.

i placed order last week, and my malaysia credit card alerady charged, does this means my order OK already?

Cool, thanks for the information. Yeah I have two iTunes accounts, one Malaysia and the other Singapore. I was hoping we could order the bumper to be shipped to Malaysia once we got the app into our iPhones. Oh well, gives me another excuse for a second trip to Singapore

Wow looks like Apple starting to charge even before it's shipped. For my case I was only charged once it's shipped.
