Ordered iPhone4 using Maybank Debit, hopefully the order can go through, status is still "Not yet ship".

Anyway, I bought the apple care plan as well, and the amount was charged on my bank account.

worst case? item will be confiscated because no prior approval from SIRIM and telecom. but Msia custom rarely check your bag, the changes or passing thru is almost 99%.  smile.gif  ... i would said driving is a bit riskier, they always target Msia car plate number for inspection..

I drove right through without being checked and had 3 units of iP4 with me. All they did was open up my boot and looked a little into my car. I suppose they care about how you look as well.

Btw, does the Apple Store SG still take orders?

hi bro, u can take out one unit on hand using, the sealed one keep in bag, the empty box another bag, or keep in singapore first lo...

bus is the cheapest travelling cost indeed...

however as one of our forumer sd, unless u looked so "sui", they may check thoroughly..

hmm...dun color ur hair and dress a bit decent lor... smile.gif

so you travel thru immigration once every few months/years ? , you are not stopped and you are trying to tell ppl it's the norm ? come on, i travel thru immigration a few times in a week and i see quite a number of times Msia register car being stopped and checked.

Well, perhaps you're right. I wouldn't know. I'm just stating my experience, not saying it's a norm.

I was thinking of DHL too. Is it going to be cumbersome? Plus, will there be any issues with the customs or anything like that?
