i already blacklist this shop together with the melaka eatery shop beside tung shin char kueh teow. the melaka eatery shop really really suck.

That Melaka baba cendol shop is not genuinely Melaka as I posted few pages b4. They are from Kluang!..The Rm3.90 cendol is really overpriced...Taste worst than any of the roadside RM130-RM1.50 cendol in Puchong

Dinner at JM Bariani House, IOI Boulevard. Nice food, Nice decor, Nice ambiance, reasonable pricing.

Wow... Haven't passed by this area (Puchong Utama) and Carrefour building is already nearing completion.

yeah that it..the melaka baba shop..holy s@#t..the most lousy cendol i hv ever taste, the prawn also not fresh, noodle tasteless..c'mon la, wan do eatery biz in bdr puteri hv to be good, or else pp will only come once, too many eatery shop, very competitive. Let see how soon they ta pao

Yeah. When I started to follow the progress in June this year..Just started piling. That time I estimate the completion within 6mths...haha very true liao

Apparently the retail outlets at Setia Walk "akan dibuka" on April Fool's Day 2011.

Also very fast..but from the outlook of Setia walk, Dun really look like big mall but like offices nia..

Haha..SetiaWalk not exactly a mall. More like open air retail centre with lots of cafes, etc. GF and 1F retail, 2F onwards is office. There's an entertainment centre (near to PFCC side) with TGV, karaoke and Celebrity Fitness and some retail shops, sort of like eCurve...

It's gonna be supa dupa expensive man.... I dunno if they will be able to rent out the whole place or not. BTW, why is Asia Cafe still closed??? Still TNB problem?

Hah! wuz there on Tues night on my way to Pizza shop, road seems a bit crowded..later will be worse for that area...parking does not seem adequate as there are only bays in the building..deffinately will be a lot of heroes double parking at the shoplots.

Will soon chaplap like the former ones who try to con Puchong ppl! If never been in the F&B biz, dun open shop, go learn from other sifus then onli come open shop. Think got money can success meh?

Heard, The boss of Puchong1 cafe dun like the idea of asicafe and approached asiacafe boss. probably complain to MPSJ that they illegally converting the car park into food court. Well dunno whether this news is true..

It going to choke the main entrance into wawasan. Setia walk still not jam pack enough , I get this worst latest news. -->

The famous bottle neck near the Puchong United Club is going to chocked like hell

That bottleneck is the result of poor survey & planning last time. They underestimated the number of vehicles at that narrow ramp.. Well time for them to rethink and solve the crazy U-Turn & narrow ramp. probably a tunnel/flyover from old Puchong road to Puchong Jaya
