QUOTE(stimix @ Dec 1 2010, 10:22 PM) Also very fast..but from the outlook of Setia walk, Dun really look like big mall but like offices nia.. Haha..SetiaWalk not exactly a mall. More like open air retail centre with lots of cafes, etc. GF and 1F retail, 2F onwards is office. There's an entertainment centre (near to PFCC side) with TGV, karaoke and Celebrity Fitness and some retail shops, sort of like eCurve... |

Still TNB problem? Apparently the retail lots are already 60% leased out. Confirmed tenants include TGV, Celebrity Fitness, Superstar Karaoke, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, JCO Donut, Sushi Tei, MCKY, ThreePointSix, Energie, etc etc. You can refer to this link for more info if interested. http://www.facebook.com/setiawalk#!/setiawalk.leasing |

That bottleneck is the result of poor survey & planning last time. They underestimated the number of vehicles at that narrow ramp.. Well time for them to rethink and solve the crazy U-Turn & narrow ramp. probably a tunnel/flyover from old Puchong road to Puchong Jaya
