QUOTE(davkong @ Dec 2 2010, 01:33 AM) Haha..SetiaWalk not exactly a mall. More like open air retail centre with lots of cafes, etc. GF and 1F retail, 2F onwards is office. There's an entertainment centre (near to PFCC side) with TGV, karaoke and Celebrity Fitness and some retail shops, sort of like eCurve... It's gonna be supa dupa expensive man.... I dunno if they will be able to rent out the whole place or not. BTW, why is Asia Cafe still closed??? Still TNB problem? |

QUOTE(davkong @ Dec 2 2010, 02:17 AM) Apparently the retail lots are already 60% leased out. Confirmed tenants include TGV, Celebrity Fitness, Superstar Karaoke, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, JCO Donut, Sushi Tei, MCKY, ThreePointSix, Energie, etc etc. You can refer to this link for more info if interested. http://www.facebook.com/setiawalk#!/setiawalk.leasing Awesome then! then it's gonna be jam lo the traffic =(QUOTE(pgsiemkia @ Dec 2 2010, 04:15 AM) Hah! wuz there on Tues night on my way to Pizza shop, road seems a bit crowded..later will be worse for that area...parking does not seem adequate as there are only bays in the building..deffinately will be a lot of heroes double parking at the shoplots. yea man.. hopefully they can do something bout the road... or even better build a dedicated U turn like the one in front of Tesco Puchong!.. oh well.. tried Kimchiharu at IOI Boulevard during Xmas eve. Horrible service. Maybe due to overwhelming crowd during Xmas eve. Waited for an hour for the food and 45 minutes for my drink. and I only ordered a glass of warm water!
Then tried Tenji2 during New Year's eve. I would say the food choice is not that much yet and most of the workers are not local eh? But it was during promotion period so RM66 is not that bad. However, they don't have two seaters so me and my gf had to share together with other ppl like the sushi bar kinda table. Damn 'spacious' lo... = = |

QUOTE(ozak @ Jan 5 2011, 01:45 PM) I go kimchiharu during normal weekend. The food not bad and reasonable price. I see they don't have much worker. Only few waitress and a korean boss sitting at the counter always looking at the customer. yup... the boss just look around. very few workers... only 3 or 4 workers on a Xmas eve. the boss damn cheapskate lo like that. |
