hrmm... just paid the 2A 10% about 1mth ago.. now receive 2B (15%) and 2C (10%).... how come so fast ask for the payment... is that any buyer facing the same?

based on my SPA the house should be done April 2014... but look at the payment like we may get it early.... later will go to sales office ask for the detail...

Mine 2D already. They already started construction way before you signed your SPA hence the speed of the claims.

Signed my S&P late June and within 2mths they have billed me up to 45%. Cant go into the actual site to view the progress to confirm..

just went to the sales office.... yes our house already 40-45% done...

I thought they are launching new phase soon? Or the new phase are semi d? What i know is the phase 1c 2.5 terrace hs is the last phase for terrence. New phase is no more terrance.

yes, new launch is Semi detected 30 * 65 selling price 800K++ also....
the house model already at sales office will official launch on next mth...total like got 100 unit
