Missed the preview last weekend.

Called the sales office, Official Launch this weekend.

RM746k onwards before discount. Value for money????

yeah ... definitely worth it ... wait 4 yrs for DASH ...

btw 50 units currently booked ... they aiming high for this coming weekend

actually compare the pricing with other developer resounding there sunway price was reasonable and more cheaper... and quality also not bad...

just the land size a bit small.....but i feel that was enough for 5 family member.

The phase 1c unit shud b able to accomodate 7 people. LOL.

Any idea whether they will implement a proper guard hs or access card?

Go to http://www.sunwayproperty.com/pd/ then choose "my Sunway property" login if u alr register else u have to register... Then u can see all the billing information and the progress...

Sand brick - hot, take heat faster but release slower

Red bricks - cold, take heat slower and release faster
