Called the sales office, Official Launch this weekend. RM746k onwards before discount. Value for money???? |

yeah ... definitely worth it ... wait 4 yrs for DASH ...

actually compare the pricing with other developer resounding there sunway price was reasonable and more cheaper... and quality also not bad...
just the land size a bit small.....but i feel that was enough for 5 family member. |

The phase 1c unit shud b able to accomodate 7 people. LOL.
Any idea whether they will implement a proper guard hs or access card? |
