dont be too optimistic, mock up of course they will do 100%, no defects. Come VP and Defects Checklist, then we shall see.

true... but in term on design, facility, color... i like it so much... ahaha...

Heard they will build a linear park and a man made pond near the Surau. Hope it's real...

Hoardings and the Info Board (whatever you called it) on developer, consultants, contractors, etc already up. I saw 2 show houses being built.

u cant enter from the main road...have to go on foot, after traffic light, at the crossroad got one guard house there.(Turn right to SAS, left to puncak perdana) park your car there and walk in about 500m.you will see the board at the end of the road.

Bur shudnt be the semi d r in SAS? I tot its the same project under same developer at the balance area of SAS

today i have received a call from my loan lawyer, they request me to pay extra for the PLA cost...
they say because developer start building the house without consent, that why bank will not release money without consent... and we have to do another procedure which cost RM 1k++

it that anyone have the same problem with me?

I did not get such call yet coz my loan agreement just processed not long ago.

they say due to i change loan lawyer that why the lawyer forgot to count in the cost, if you use back SPA lawyer than should be no problem... they will help u all settle everything... and u just need to pay money only haha

intermediate units from 655k jumped to 675k and discount only 3%.. wow..

That could be the sign of BBB mode

Was at the showroom earlier but did not manage to go to the sales office...Noticed the workers r working on Sun and i just received my 3rd invoiced being the door window etc framework. They r really speeding up their work!
