Yes 90% complete. Saw it today. Just finished painting the exterior. (for the 2nd time) They resurface the wall again. Poor workmanship the first time maybe. ID not done yet.

Thanks for the info. Got to know fr SA that majority of the buyers for phase 1c is Chinese n a mixture of other races.

The rebate 5% is payable to buyer upon the 1st drawn down from developer from bank right?

Any idea how much is the average interest the buyer needs to pay to bank for the non DIBS option?

It's a spacious house and the design is ok. Doubt the showroom is ready soon. Probably take another 3-4 weeks

Just booked a unit! Waiting for another 24 months to go..

DASH is a confirmed proj by Prolintas. But they are facing challenges fr residence fr Damansara Perdana n Mutiara Damansara. They need to realign the route..

Not sure the new launch is semi d or 2 1/2 storey. But at the chart, it is the last 2 blocks.

Freebies are plaster ceiling (cant remember its for which room), full auto gate, alarm system, air cond point for living n studio room.

Yes, waiting the lawyer to process the loan agreement and stamping of SPA. Then Sunway will issue another letter to list down the "freebies".

Heard that the new launching will have lesser discount and freebies hehe..

Actually what's the total units for the 2 1/2 storey units?
Fr the chart it looks like <54 units? So very likely will bump into owners lo.

I think it's the studio room. Previously the SA told me they gona convert the room into an entertainment room.
