but some of them didnt apply since their home streamyx still under contract , it is not worth to apply in that kind of condition .

I terminated my under contract combo RM60 and applied new coolunipack with my gf's name. All in the same telephone line. So just give a try and summit it. Just ask tm staff to waive the termination fee. No harm try it. Goodluck.

is there any cooling period for a month for using same phone line before can apply new streamyx package ?

i'm nt scare abt the penalty , but scare there's no internet connection for a month cooling period

the penalty = remaining month x monthly fee . if left 5months x Rm110(1mpps streamyx) = Rm550 . unless ur rich
