Hey guys....just wanna make an update on the jerking issue with my car.....i went to the sc the other day and they failed to detect the problem. They say its just fine.I decided to change to fully synthetic engine oil to see if there is any improvement, but to no avail...still the same. hmm.gif

The other problem tht i am facing is the engine knocking noise, happens when i climb hills or even while accelerating on the higway...its a kind of loose metal sound. Sounds like when the older cars need to get the 'tappet' adjusted. I just realized this couple of weeks back. The sc manager was reali kind...he tried his best bt cud nt trace the problem.

He actually drives a forte hismelf.....and he was so nice and professional to take me in his car all the way to the Bukit Antarabangsa hilly road to see if his car makes the same sound so he will be able to make a conclusion. The reason being, the first time i heard the sound in my car was when i was driving on the hilly road in bkt antarabangsa to meet my customer. Niway....his car did nt make the sound...hence he cud nt trace the problem icon_question.gif

Btw...i think i reali appreciate the approach of the chan sow lin sc manager to go all the way out..... rclxms.gif

Any ideas guys.......reali wanna get this solved. Hate the jerky transmission and the loose tappet/metal sound

Besides tht, all is just great smile.gif

Gentle reminder

To activate the panic function on the remote...press & hold the panic button (just as u do it for the bonnet).

To de-activate, press & hold again.

If the above don't happen...only SC can help u.

You can also unlock-lock the car to deactivate the panic mode... at least mine does.

It's the horn then. Either cabling loose somewhere or the horn spoilt. Do rectify @ SC.
