taken from manual under title STARTING THE ENGINE

edit:

When the stop lamp fuse is blown, you
can't start the engine normally.
Replace the fuse with a new one. If it
is not possible, you can start the
engine by pressing the ENGINE
START/STOP button for 10 seconds
while it is in the ACC position. The
engine can start without depressing
the brake pedal. But for your safety
always depress the brake pedal before
starting the engine.

CAUTION
Do not press the ENGINE START/
STOP button for more than 10 seconds
except when the stop lamp
fuse is blown.

dunno what is the caution all about. but someone did try the above method without pressing the brake.

emm for fc I think is better than average for its class. As for the loan, you just go to autoworld.com to find the loan calculator and calculate yourself.

52 litres full tank x1.85 = ?

can go how many km.....this is very subjective. Depends on your foot. For 1.6, u can easily go beyond 500km if you r light footer. Someone correct me if I am wrong. tongue.gif

52L is the exact full tank capacity. however you didn't drive until no single fuel drop right? in average 44L only when you refuel after the empty tank indicator lights up.

for FC you should expect between 450KM and 550KM for 1.6 (mixed city and highway drive). this is just a rough figure and stock condition and based on few owner's feedback.

after mod of course you could gain more mileage.

p/s: my personal record

mixed city & highway always 530 ~ 550KM per full tank

100% highway = 630KM (left 70KM estimated before empty)

Bro, FC = right foot.

If you rev hard with City or Vios the FC will go up too. Note that Honda V-tecs are rev-hungry and you'll need to push it hard otherwise it'll be sluggish. The Latio Sport is a 1.6L B-segment which is lighter hence it theoretically sips less fuel than the heavier 1.6 Forte.

My 2.0 averages around 11+L/100km in full urban driving (quite heavy footed with shifttronic upshifting at 3K rpm most of the time); if it's mainly highway cruising it has no problem achieving approximately 550km with a full tank although many others have reported reaching 600km. My best was 6-7L/100km earlier this year when I was using highways on a daily basis to go to work.

apparently, no 1.6cc class above are so call 'save fuel' during city driving....
but they are 'save fuel' during cruise in H/W...however...from 880cc-1.5cc are best use in city....than H/W cruise

Added on October 17, 2010, 2:47 pmi m refering to full city driving....means, no cruise in H/W....
tell u all...i was shock...even i use my Forte(using BHP InfinityX2 RON95) on full city drive....can achieve around 530km....from using 49L of petrol...surprisingly...where else shell RON95 highest is 412KM
