yes,my friend shop help me upgraded to new big storage version (1.11) very stable than old rom and more storage can use! he told me can backup the original rom and when got problem just downgrade and send to warranty.

I have the ultimate n00b question. I downloaded PHM Registry Editor [msi file] and install through ActiveSync but it didnt work. It says the version is not for my O2 Mini.

So, I downloaded the ARM.CAB version. Sorry for my n00bishness, but how do I install a ARM.CAB folder into my O2 Mini?

copy the file into ur mini than just click!

phone shop+computer shop i upgraded free. but they charge people 150 include downgrade when got problem,but as i know,that rom can get download online and anyway,so just search at google than you can do it free also,just see you want to take the risk or not only.

Yaya..i'll normally softreset when my memory left 3MB or 4MB,
normally when my memory is low i will stop some TSR programs to free up some memory so that i dun have to softreset

Honestlym, it will hangs when u install too much programs and when memory is low...When ur memory is low, ur processing tends to take longer time or also sometimes hang because there are insufficient memory to be swaped
So, normally ppl will softreset to solve the problem.
Compare of stability, symbian is much stable compared to WM,
To avoid, WM from hanging so much time, increase the cache memory will help a little...If u wan to know how..check the registry tweak that i've posted earlier...
The one with the title "Fast graphic but consume memory". oh ya..juz to inform u guys that the memory can be increased to 131072 max...but mine..i only extend to 32768 works fine with me now

i juz bought d mini on saturday...

problem- i cant download the patch to add mp3 as ringtone to my mini. then i download it to my storage card. then again, i cant run these program after creating folder for these patches.

Well... A Noob Here But In My Humble Oppinion, The O2 Mini I Have Is Quite Oki Doki And No Problems So Far... Part Of The Stability ( Not Speed ) Has To Be Due To The Spb Pocket Plus Software Which I Have Installed To It Which Let's Me Have Control Over The Applications ( Minimise Or Close ).

The Only Issue I Have Is Of The Business Contact Which I Can't Seem To Attach To The Sms Function. Sooo Used To Nokia..

you don't have to create folders.. just transfer the .cab file to your storage card and tap on it fr ur mini.. it'll auto install the patch..

And, wad is the different between sd card and mmc ? how much if 512mb sd card / mmc & 1gb sd card / mmc ?

Can set mp3 as ring tone meh??? I thought only wav file... How to set ah?
