Well phobian you can actually choose where you want to collect the unit nearnest to your location. After you had summit your application you can call to them ans they will ask you where you want the unit to be collect rathen FMG there had few distry and authorise reseller you can look at O2's home page.

For the 256MB SD ram its come together with the unit. Kingston SDRam not bad at least it come with a good brand ram instate of some cheap plug MMC.

Cos if without the 256MB ram you unit actually only left 7.5Mb of usable ram after all application was loaded once startup so its likely to be said its useless without the External Ram.

Thanks for the clarification but the SD ram Card doesn't means the SR ram use on PCs . only the Ram call SD Flash Card.

Indeed the 256MB ram are for storage and its indeed ack as an external Ram where you can toke the ram out if you like  There are 64MB Ram of share memory compare to 128MB for O2 XDA IIs. But i use to have all the thing to be store at the SD card to free up the internal storage incase of unnecessary situation. Cos the 7.5MB can't fit even a small movie clip.

All of a sudden, I'm wondering whether the SD card can be removed when the Mini is turn on?

Beside that, what is the different between by pressing the power button to turn off the screen and leaving it till the backlight turn off automatically? Which will comsume more battery?

Anybody know how to active the speakerphone for this Mini? How the SQ?

Can anyone confirm that how many dailed/received/missed calls can this mini record? All are independent memory or share all in 1?

I remember someone said that there is a Profile software for this mini which will work like those in Nokia/SE. Where can I download it? Freeware or what?

Well... A Noob Here But In My Humble Oppinion, The O2 Mini I Have Is Quite Oki Doki And No Problems So Far... Part Of The Stability ( Not Speed ) Has To Be Due To The Spb Pocket Plus Software Which I Have Installed To It Which Let's Me Have Control Over The Applications ( Minimise Or Close ).

The Only Issue I Have Is Of The Business Contact Which I Can't Seem To Attach To The Sms Function. Sooo Used To Nokia..

I am very new to PDA. In fact, just got myself a Mini O2, which in my opinion it is a piece of fine art with high technical specifications.

I wonder how do I upload applications to the Mini O2? What kind of programs, ActiveSync 3.8 is required? And also what is the file extension that could be run on the platform? Same thing like .exe for desktop?

Hope someone can provide some guide lines.

i think it's the mms software problems in my case, i can received no problem if i move the inbox mms to the outbox, it will sent also, but the problem is when i compose, it will goes to sms outbox....wtf!!!!

Format the whole thing? Just do a hard reset. Hold Camera+Power buttons and press the soft reset button at the bottom of your mini.  
Once you convert you tone into wav, put them into the Mini's windows folder. As for internet, you'll have to configure your mini and PC together to detect each other. The manual teaches you how to do it on page 100. Too many steps for me to explain.
You can use the ringtones which are stored in the STORAGE CARD. 2 ways. One is by downloading the patch which once installed can assign any mp3 as ringtone just by tapping and holding the file then tapping set as ringtone on the pop up menu. The other way is by using the registry editor software and changing the path. I personally wouldn't recommend this as when someone calls you while your Mini is on power save mode, instead of hearing your assigned ringtone, you'll get the "windows default" ringtone. Best is to store you ringtones into storage folder. Then no problems...

yahoo... can play already. I thought open the player first, then only select the file. But my TCPM Player cannot view MPEG4 wor? Do you know why?
