QUOTE(Burningsunz @ Jul 28 2010, 03:39 PM) talking about those yanks wanted to sell the club..Man Utd fans do everything to force glazer out...they even try to collect money from fans to buy them out..but for Liverpool..they r doing nothing..all they do is complaint.. Is it so hard to do a google search before coming to such conclusions? Man Utd fans did everything? Really? I didn't hear anyone complain when they won the Premiership the season before. All we do is complain? Piss off. Some of us took the effort to start our own supporters club. Some of us put money in to print t-shirts and order F&B during viewing events. If anything, I think Livepool fans in Malaysia put a fair amount of effort into supporting the club. If you had bothered to do some research, you'll note that fans from countries other then England have started their own movements in an attempt to usurp the current owners. What have you done anyway? |

QUOTE(Burningsunz @ Jul 28 2010, 04:07 PM) dude..this got nothing to do with trying to get the yanks out.. Your naivity is astounding. Firstly, the fans banded together to form the SOS. Have you even bothered to look at their goals? The most important one being supporter representation at boardroom level? You can scream your lungs out on the streets as much as you want but if you ask me, the smarter thing would be to lobby for a voice where decisions are made. If this goes through, the next time Liverpool plan to sell, the fans will have an official word.voicing out wont help get them out of the club |

Bro, no offence here, but at least they are doing something for the cause. Even a simple postcard that is spread around for the cause is something. Its better than talking or posting. Me to myself too have done nothing yet, but i still keep tabs on the situation and not post anything about the S.O.S cause, because i know im still not contributing anything yet. |

I gather that to you the best way would be to bring out our torches and pitchforks? If this is so, google this (liverpool; owners; fans; protests). The Glazers are still there aren't they? |

QUOTE(kazuki85 @ Jul 28 2010, 11:17 AM) Bro chill...all those are rumours la. Like those crappy VDV and fake Facebook Drenthe rumours. haha bro...even liverpool website told us that drenthe will be join according to the player FBNeed to get source from liverpool official website or trusted ones like Liverpool Echo or something. BTW, the poster didn't mention that the rumour says that Real Sociedad is interested in loaning Pacheco, but they are not sure themselves wheter they can even loan him... thats all. See here. See? How simple words can twist facts...next time read/write/research properly before getting all heated up. Maxi one is not official, we need to get more info from more sources. Luke Young maybe a decent buy with his price and filling the English quota, but I still prefer the younger and energetic Figueroa. |

My point is that Liverpool fans go to great lengths to support the club, and not just when times are good. To answer your query on what's been done to rid the owners, look to my previous post. |

QUOTE(Burningsunz @ Jul 28 2010, 04:32 PM) i know liverpool FC means alot to everyone of us..its just frustrating up untill now things remained the same.. Taking to the streets gets you attention, and puts pressure on those you are protesting against. If you really want to make a difference, you need to be in the boardroom, which is as I mentioned earlier, a long term goal of the SOS. |

i know liverpool FC means alot to everyone of us..its just frustrating up untill now things remained the same.. Added on July 28, 2010, 4:34 pm everyone here supports liverpool for whatever reason applicable to you guys respectively. i dont know why in the first place you chose to support liv, but as a fan, imo, we are to be strong together thru both good and bad times, at this point, yes it is very frustrating to see our club in bad shape financially and to watch our rivals like manc spending lots of money over players while we are struggling to keep our key players. but if u cant stand this frustration then i reckon u go support manc. we havent been winning cups of late, our last one was way back to the fa cup in 06. yes a club is measured on their success in winning cups and we were very successful back in the80s, but i for one would say the passionate fans, the kop singing their lungs out while the team is down, the shankly effect that lingers around till today rank higher compared to titles and cups. but yeah, who wouldnt want to win and watch their club be successful ? |

(i think its a waste of money for me..but i guess RH is running out of time to find a replacement..as a manager he has already make a mistake..never sell off your player when you dun have any replacement to cover) that's what i meant the deal is on before he came...aurelio doesn't agree with PAY as u PLAY method...and discussion about insua moving to fiorentina is on before he came...so it is not RH fault.
