Liverpool are set to get a clear run at Nice striker Loic Remy.
The Reds were battling West Ham United for the 23 year-old forward.
But the Mirror says West Ham have pulled out of the race.
The Hammers offered £11.5million for Remy, but the deal stalled when his French club demanded a large chunk of the fee upfront. He now is expected to join Liverpool instead.
