omg, sven rocks so hard! just won a 4v4 where my team was losing badly thanks to two early leavers. then me and phantom assassin started pwning everyone like mad, reached lvl25 and just cleared their base

edit: was doing 1k++ crits with my burize. just a little lower then the phantom's killing that sand king was like slicing a hot knife through butter

won 3 games today playing sven but i find that i have some problems defending my tower or lane. in all 3 games my lane had 2 towers down and the last tower severely damaged towards the game

but this was quickly remedied when i turned on god's strength and MoM and demolished all 3 towers and a barrack of that particular lane while my enemies were busy trying to attack my base and my teammates did a good job of defending the base without causing too much damage to the tower

btw played with the biggest sore loser of all. it was a 3v3 (i was using sven ) and one of my allies got disconnected very early in the game. so it turned into 2v3. we were badly pushed but then we pulled the same thing again where i pushed and my sand king ally defended won the game and guess what they messaged us? "rematch. fong sui only this game"

so we rematched and we kicked their butts again in a 4v4 game... and another game my ally was really arrogant ler. just cause we knock all 3 towers down he typed to everyone "this game we sure win adi. wanna remake?" nobody answered him of coz. luckilly that game win only but i really wouldn't have mind losing

anyway sorry ah making this my rant thread adi.

i don't see destroying towers as "sure win"
if one team is destroying towers and the other team is owning, the owning team will win cos once they push they'll just whack everything in their way
i played a game once where i was level 6 and they were in my base already (not my lane of course, and didn't bother to help cos i don't look at other lanes that early in the game)
well i went on a 25 kill spree after that (final stats 28-4...died 3 times while trying to push...first death was cos i was too heroic hahahaha)
could've won but i was just too busy defending and didn't think about manta (damn noob)
was using swapper and items were mkb, burize, butterfly, radiance, mask, treads.
ahahhaah damage +355
but was just defending the whole time cos early in the game i thought we'd lost already so didn't bother with anything else
defending all the way suddenly found out i had 11k+ (after burize) so i got my butterfly and mkb
if only i'd pushed sooner with a manta we'd have won but didn't think of it
oh and it was a 3v5 game with me on the 3 side cos 2 idiots left cos one blamed the other for stealing his stuff...jeeez

no i do not see destorying of towers as as "sure win" myself but that's what my n00bish allies thought. i was rather pissed cause the way they played just totally showed how 101% noobish they were and yet they talk like they're some pro. i was really tempted to turn on my bkb and give them some serious spanking

i have played many games where we lost all of the outer towers and yet still manage to win the game in the end. was using techies and concentrated all out on defending and then using the cash to pump my allies

conclusion:
1 pro Sven = no need to play + gg

sanjikun: not unless the pro sven is ganged by a med (purge) + lina (laguna blade + dagon) + lion (finger + dagon)

i don't see how he can pwn when he's dead, even with bkb

What do u all think if I use Lina with desolator and hyperstone..
From start I just keep upgrade stat if available and 3rd skill....
The first skill (dragon salve) I wait until lvl 21 only choose it....
I just keep using the stun then hit hit hit after that laguna....

I just want all ur comment about this build...

Might works. But that depends on who you playing against and their strategy deployment.

with bkb, you can't do any of those things to him
you can't purge nor do the quad finger

by the time the avatar is gone, sven would've probably killed lina and/or lion already if not all three
15 seconds plus mask plus godstrength would just kill the two intel dudes pretty fast since they got dagon their life would be pretty low
if they have aghanim/booster + dagon then sven would be having bkb, burize, mkb by then and he'll still own
conclusion, a sven who is fed is cheating

huh: you forget that all those spells go through bkb........and when you gang sven, i supppose you gang him by flanking him and not all 3 running at him when he has bkb on.......
he can only chase one hero.......med would also be doing some decent damage as well......
all in all, if flanked by the above scenario, a sven would go down..... (provided the team has decent teamwork)

note: he has to go god's strength before bkb (if i recall correctly), thus enabling a 'chance' for the team to cast all their spells before either one being bolted

not sure bout purge but i know finger goes through bkb cause finger is taken as physical damage


bkb must be activated first before god's strength or MoM as avatar will cancel both effects if activated later. happened to me once

Personally I prefer the caster build even though Lina has the ultimate to supplement her attacking power as her nuking skills are really strong. But this might work depending on the opponents. For example, if your opponent has low hp heroes like Pugna and Drow Ranger I think it would be much more efficient to go for the caster build

i doubt purge would go through avatar cos if it did, sven is pretty useless
just buy a diffusal and sven is a goner and he can't do much anymore
its possible to take down a powered up sven, just hard and requires more than one hero
