QUOTE(kathlynn @ Jul 6 2010, 03:19 PM) Since I will be re-doing the wiring at my house, the contractor asked me to mark out the spots where I want my lights to be. Currently, the house is using flourescent lights, and I plan to switch to downlights (those embedded into the flat plaster ceiling - i do not plan to do those L Box and stuff like that, just a plain flat plaster ceiling). I read somewhere that the rule of thumb is to have the lights 1m apart from the wall & about 1.5m - 2m apart for each light. Is there any truth to that? Also, any recomendation on what lights to use/not to use? I have a high ceiling living room that goes up to the 2nd floor (those who have seen the 1.5 story USJ house would know what I mean). Instead of using chandeliers, is there an alternative to iluminate my living room? Suggestions/share of experiences are very much welcome! Many thanks in advance! hi, my name is chan.i do lighting service and consultation.feel free to contact me so i can show you some catalog. 0122829036

hi guys, is there any additional electrical/electronic parts devices that we need to use when using LED lights? or is it just safe to buy the ones sold as a set at the light shops?
also if my house has 3 phase wiring system does the LED lights require any extra parts/components before it can be installed?

Hi all, anyone has any ideas where to get lamps like these? I have surveyed a few shops and none seem to stock this kind of design. Neiviv @ gardens sell these, but they are like RM3800 per piece lol, so looking for a similar design but at a cheaper price. Attached thumbnail(s)
