actually maxis's plan are good because of the large number of minutes to spend on any network However the setback is on maxis to maxis only free SMS and limited data draws me back to DiGi. meaning that your monthly bill definately won't be Rm100 sharp.

so if you are heavy on sms or data, it's good choice to get DiGi's

hope the plan can be out today = )
might crash over 1u tomorrow and see if there is any surprises...

Quick question, I just ported to Digi Postpaid DG50 plan and added unlimited internet as well. This was done about 1 month ago, will I be able to purchase the iPhone 4 from Digi and keep my existing number when they launch this Friday?

Thanks to whomever ends up answering my question :D

@enkadirmainbola yes, you can.
@shinichi89 only principal line holders can sign contracts. call your hotline for complete answers.

you need your dad (main line user) to come with you for registration or get him to write a signed letter approving you to apply for the iphone contract, along with a photocopy of his IC.

As long as you have no existing contracts(blackberry/iphone3gs) then you're good to go, just add the iphone data plan to your current plan (sign 1 or 2 year contract)

i really really hope DiGi comes up with a 1 year plan. 2 years is just too long. the plan will be released today, either by leak or officially heh.

Some question regarding MNP,

I am using Hotlink Maxis now, say now I opt for MNP then the iPhone 4 launch on the 24th. If I understand it correctly I cannot get the iPhone on-spot. I will need to come back another time after my number ported-in then only I can collect the iPhone.

If like that, anyone know roughly how long MNP process takes? If too long I think I better stick to maxis.

depends on the workers.
Can be up to a week if you're one of the Maxis VIP guys or have been in maxis service for a long duration

(By VIP i mean the maxis customers who can use the priority lane in KLCC Maxis centre)

The normal duration is 3 days.
