About the Trade-in Savings
* Bring any old mobile phone, in any condition!
* The RM100 savings will be given in the form of a rebate in your second postpaid bill in November
* Applicable to all customers, but the customer has to choose either one of the savings promotions (trade-in OR MNP)
* Phones will be recycled or donated as part of DiGi’s Deep Green initiatives
About the MNP Savings
* Port-in to any iDiGi postpaid plan from any service provider (e.g. Maxis, Celcom, etc) and keep your existing mobile number
* The RM100 savings will be given in the form of a rebate in your second postpaid bill in November, provided the customer successfully completes the port-in to DiGi
* Applicable to all port-in customers, but the customer has to choose either one of the savings promotions (trade-in OR MNP)
About the MNP Port-in Process
* Customers that choose to port-in at the iPhone Carnival will be given their iPhone 4 immediately on the same day – this offer is not applicable at any other store / location
* The Easy Payment Plan option is not available for customers wishing to redeem their phone immediately on the same day. Customers that wish to port-in and use the Easy Payment Plan option are advised to walk-in to any of the nearest iPhone outlets listed on this website
Advice to All Potential Customers
* Please backup all your contacts / address book on your current phone before trading-in or buying the iPhone 4
* The iPhone 4 requires a change of SIM card to the new Micro SIM card. This means that you will have to backup any contacts on your current SIM card to avoid losing them
* Please ensure that your NRIC is not blacklisted with any other mobile service provider. Blacklisted customers will not be allowed to purchase the iPhone 4
Advice to MNP Port-in Customers
* All customers wishing to switch / port-in to DiGi should ensure that they have cleared all outstanding payments with their current service provider
* If you are a supplementary line holder, we recommend converting to a prepaid line with your current provider before switching to DiGi
Advice to Existing DiGi Customers
* We advice all existing customers to settle any outstanding DiGi bills in order to be eligible for a contract signup
* Existing DiGi customers are only allowed to signup a maximum of 2 postpaid contracts per NRIC
