QUOTE(akachester @ Jul 9 2010, 11:46 AM) And just as a confirmation, DiGi confirmed that after 24 months, the RM60 package are not valid anymore and you can change to any packages you wanted. Even if at that point that the RM60 is the cheapest, you still cant continue with it. So basically, the previous package and the new one are exactly of the same thing. Sigh... And I thought it was slightly cheaper... Coz the phone and package is cheaper...

QUOTE(tmsuxxk @ Jul 9 2010, 10:01 AM) Bro...Try to switch the unit off and on again and see it's work or not.. sometimes my E icon can be disappear.... don't know why??? I already solved it, it was some firmware files issue which locked the internet connection QUOTE(xaw5126 @ Jul 9 2010, 10:36 AM) um... if you're on Digi, you will not be able to modify the APN... iTunes is supposed to do that for you. please re-connect your iPhone to iTunes and it will download and set up the correct details for you. I can edit the APN By using some trick, Cellular Data Network with APN settings will come out and you can manually edit it This post has been edited by babyk: Jul 9 2010, 06:32 PM

QUOTE(xaw5126 @ Jul 9 2010, 03:08 PM) why not buy the iPhone4 with Digi contract? then cheaper right? No, it wont be cheaper. Digi is using this trick to clear stock nia. There is a possibility that Digi will continue using this trick with Iphone 4. Therefore you still pay RM48 x 24months upfront + RM1590 for the phone. Since our currency already appreciate, you can just hope that Digi (or even Maxis) wont be stingy and thinking to pocket the difference to cover their subsidy lor.

(48*24) + 1590 = RM2742 ... I paid (50*24) + RM2500 2 years ago for my iPhone 3G, cos Celcom didn't have a plan for iPhone and still doesn't.
so I'd say Digi + contract = cheaper.

If I am not mistaken, Walmart reduced prices for their 3Gs prior to the Iphone 4G release. In any case, the cost to buy an Iphone 3Gs in the UK and HK website is still the same. Correct me if I am wrong

I hope Digi will launch iP4 same time with Maxis so that Maxis won't monopolise the market. Really looking forward to more competitive prices from both telcos!
