yup, 785TD-V Evo, was thinking on WC, speedfan reports 68'C (based on mobo sensor), (55 on CPU sensor)
gonna check back later, going to add some fans to casing see if it make any changes
ok...added few fans, motherboard sensor all below @ 63'C and CPU Temp 49'C, 3.83Ghz (333x11.5) @ 1.376 Prime Stable...
thing is, dk is never meant for x6, i've heard d same thing from x6 user in vrz... i think u need atleast a TRUE or those in d same league in order to cool an overclocked thuban... any lower u'll face d same issue...
as for reduce in clock, u mite wanna check whether there's any bios update can solve d problem.

All cpu manufacturers are looking to change their socket for 2011, intel & amd the same..
Still to me its ok lah that if amd is changing their socket, bulldozer is practically a brand new architecture, so we can't expect them to still stick using a socket that is derived from a socket launch in 2006 (AM2+)..
Still these new cpu's are expected to be launched in 2011, 1Q or 2Q is still not clear, whenever that is, by that time socket AM3 would already been 2 years already

amd never promise bulldozer will come in am3 flavor bro, all d thinkin of bulldozer able to fit into am3 boards are just one sided opinion by some users. how can we expect a chip w/ totally diff architecture to be able to use on same old mobo as its predecessors? some users are hard to pls seriously... everything want cheap, can support d latest stuff & able to perform well... at least 8xx boards able to take older chips. try to fit a q/qx 9xxx on i7 board see whether can run or not...
