Can you please tell me how in the world you can install DDR3 in a DDR2 Slot for HP Mini 110-3004TU.

The DDR3 pinouts and notch on the DDR2 are not same.

Guys,

I ended up solving my problem by going through the HP Recovery Manager's System Recovery which practically reformats my system partition to factory state. haha.

By the way, if one intends to upgrade RAM to HP mini 110-3004tu, does this void the 2 years HP warranty? And, may I kindly know what type of RAM can be used to upgrade the HP mini 110-3004tu?

FYI.. if you open bottom cover of your netbook there is no Warranty Void sticker attach.. So I believe the warranty will not void (correct me if i am wrong) but I still keep the 1GB original RAM. Bought 2GB Ram at RM90 from guy in Penang. Install it by myself..

Right click on My computer > Manage >Disk Management > click on C drive and right click "shrink".

Backup your data. And read more. dont know if this would work. just try at your own risk.

Added on October 21, 2010, 2:03 ami have some questions too

1) IE, mozilla, and chrome. which is the most suitable for this netbook ? (light and didt eat up much memory usage)

2) any1 here try samurize or rainmeter in this netbook? which is better, does it slow down the netbook performance ?

Thank you rolleyes.gif
