any ngv users here?
i need to know if i can change my carb filter to those open pod ones bcoz higher air intake will cause the engine to choke or some sort when ngv is being use

Utilize both suspension to the max. It will become too stiff and when ever u whack a corner @ highspeed, ur car can become tripod mode.

Hi all, i'm Iswara LMSS (Manual) car owner. I'm new to car and i would like to ask some questions. Below is my car fuel consumption:

Car Type : Iswara 1.3 LMSS (M)
Driving Condition : City 100%
a. KMs : 250 KM
b. RM : 65.00 (ron97)
c. Ratio : RM0.26/km
d. RM1 = 3.85KM ONLY
e. 2 pax in car

I'm having bad FC

I'm a normal driver, din't do any pickup/racing. Not sure isit due to traffic jam everyday since i work at klcc area. And also i have to climb uphill everyday since the place i stay is abit uphill.


Question:
1) Is it abnormal for this FC? What can i do?
2) Since the LMSS exhaust is those sounds louder, so if i change my exhuast to those normal iswara exhaust, does it help in FC?
3) Does engine oil affects FC? i'm using Shell HX5 curently. But planning to change to Shell Helix 7 since Carrefour is having promotion (5Liter for rm79.90).

Anyone change this before? Roughly how much? For saga LMST..Mine one spoil already...cannot switch on the normal lamp..just can switch on the small lamp and signal everything is working fine. Only the normal lamp no light..and the high lamp need to hold it manually..already check fuse and relay..bulb also not problem..

Better stick to drop in filter. Open pod is even worse unless your engine is powerful

1. I also want to find the same vent. If you can find the LMST 2007 aircond vent, please do let me know ya
2. It is normal for LMST. Need to dismantle the whole dashboard (probably) and close the vent permanently.
3. No need to spend too much $$$ on soundproofing la for our car. Try to look for one fella in Garage Sales who is selling the soundproofing for the side door rubber seal..
4. Can't remember
5. Armrest - Just look @ Brothers. Performance Parts / Wiring / Audio = Look for EA Autoworks in Bukit Jalil. Abit expensive but really worth it


I used 1.7 piping and honestly it is useless unless your engine is powerful enough to create backpressure.

Now i am reverting back to better middle piping from HB

Why la use the wrong method to calculate FC

I am using 1liter/??KM

It is normal for our 4G1series engine to get 1liter = approx 10km. Carbie 1.3 / 1.5 = (average 10 - 12km per liter) ; EFI 1.3 / 1.5 = (average 12- 14km per liter).

For your case RM60 of RON 95 = 32.43liters. So total mileage is 320km, approx FC is 10km/liter which is not bad actually. Want better FC? Convert to EFi

skimming brake disc how much would it cost? and i asked d price is around rm35 per side. wonder it expensive or not? and normally what brake pad u all using? ceramic or semi metal blabla? how much it cost? so annoying with the sound when braking. thinking wanna skimming it and change brake pad.

find halfcut shop la.....

i did it for rm25 per side previously but dont know the current market price now, using RS brake pad
