Sadly, even after installing Advanced Task Killer, my battery runs out quickly by late afternoon. Perhaps the battery has not reach its optimum capacity yet. sad.gif

Nowaday, smart phone use more battery compare to other, try to get mobile booster to solve this problem. Can try search on sanyo mobile booster...

can someone tell me how to permanently disable google talk and plurk? i can't find a way to uninstall them... (dun use them at all)

Actually ATK doesn't help anything on your battery. Although the apps are loaded onto memory, they aren't doing anything or consuming any resources. I have stopped using ATK long time ago and I have a lot of stuff left over in the RAM but my Android phone is still quick.

I got this charger with my Maxis HTC Desire phone:

p.s. just notice how good the picture is from my phone. 5MP is already this good, can't imagine those with 8MP and 12MP reso phones. rclxub.gif

anyway the reason i wanna remove google talk and plurk is they always start the service by themselve and i dun use them at all... so disturbing...

If i were you, I'll let it be. If you're not using it, just disable the notification.

For instance, I don't use peep anymore since I've installed the official Twitter for Android. But in terms of uploading pictures, I find that Peep is better at uploading rather than the official Twitter app.

Just my 2 cents anyway. thumbup.gif
