i use it without case currently but got use pouch... forgot the brand but bought from AllIT 1... bought becuz it looks quite OK and has a belt clip... got a hook thingy also... and i added a mat screen protector from 1 of the phone shops in section 14 digital Mall for RM15... the back cover is a bit rubberish... bottom part also same... the side is plastic but a bit feel like metal... if it was a bit bulkier it will feel as tough as Legend...

price is RM1499 from Maxis... the last time i asked at retail store it was RM2499 ap set bundle with a few accessories... u might wanna see what HTC(operated by PDA Expert) have to offer during this coming PC fair...

Yes, Desire supports SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity). But make sure you get the micro-SDHC cards, not the SDHC cards

I got one microSDHC 8GB Kingston Class 4 here in the Garage Sales for roughly about the same price ~ RM60+. I would recomment that though compared to the Class 2 Transcend.

microSDHC. Thats the correct card. The SDHC only indicate HIGH CAPACITY which is for anything above 8gb.

guys, you might wanna consider class 4 or higher for FroYo's sake. Since apps can natively be moved to the SD, the throughput of a class 2 card might be a bottleneck. So, if you can, go for a class 4 at least (and careful with fakes one out there).

Question here guys, i have been reading XDA a little bit and confused about the App2SD feature. I thought that was defaulted in Froyo? Why do some of the post there have written concerns about choosing a new App2SD or old version etc. Aren't they all the same on Froyo?

I got mine, months ago at Sri Computer LYP. They dont really know about Class 6 but i remember they have a shelf of memory card outsite their "market" lane. Take a look there for Class 6. Mine was Sandisk Class 6.

Just trying to make things clear. I went through some post in XDA, and saw one in regards to flashing back to original ROM for warranty. This is the steps given :

The Guide:

1. Make sure your goldcard is in your phone (If Required-if your phone is branded)
2. Turn your Desire on
3. Connect it to a Windows PC
4. Run the HTC RUU
5. Let it run
6. & YOUR DONE!

Question, the title says "How to Unroot your HTC Desire to stock" but according to the steps there, its basically just run the Original RUU. So, by flashing back to the Original RUU, i will automatically "unroot" it back?

Thanks. It is clear now.
I believe the same case happens for both SDHC & MicroSDHC.
It is not easy to get class 6. Most ppl carry class 2, 4 or 10 if i m not wrong.
So instead of getting class 6, u guys may consider class 10 which shld b easier to get. But of cos it is more expensive.
I got my class 10 SDHC card at LYP Sri Computer too. And i notice that PJ Digital Mall 2nd or 3rd floor has plenty of memory card there.

Pls correct me if i m wrong. TQ

According to many experts at the various Android forums which I often jalan, on Froyo 2.2 it is highly recommended you get a class 6 card.
