maliqu3, just wondering what ROM is that?

Here is my home screen, simple but does what i need nicely. The new SMS interface is also nice. Currently on my day 1 with DeVillain 1.0 | Froyo (2.2) & Sense UI.

I'm using pays-rom 2.3. i would like to flash the froyo rom, but not now. need to wait a lil bit.

which that better, xperia X10 or htc desire? I like xperia design and camera and like also desire because support android 2.2...
*
definitely, Desire is better. Xperia doesnt support multi-touch if i'm not mistaken.

Well , they claimed that it wouldn't support it but then they said it would with the future update of the Android 2.1 which is coming this October or November if i'm not wrong.

well, i dont know bout that. what i know is xperia 10's screen doesnt support multi-touch, so it's like hardware problem. even though they update it, it still wont have multi touch. but we'll see about that, coz i'm not sure either.
what i'm sure is HTC has become the best android phone maker and then followed by samsung. so my suggestion, buy htc or samsung. that's it!

Do NOT flash the official leak Froyo rom as it's on HBOOT 0.87 which is unable to root at present.

p/s : I read it from XDA smile.gif

Once rooted, the phone remain rooted. This is a one time action until you decide to unroot. After root, you can install and try as many rooms, kernels as much as you like. Some roms are still buggy and would cause looping during reboot. Usually such issues due to user did not wipe their phone clean. As there are now very good and reliable backup / restore software across different roms, I'd advise not to take shortcut. Always wipe data, cache, dalvik cache n sd ext ( if u have partition it) before flashing a new rom.

yes you are right, if you flash the official froyo rom (the link i gave earlier). but, one of the devs in XDA has made a rooted version of this official rom. so for those who have rooted their phone can flash this rom with peace in mind.

Ok, this question is related to this forum. I turned on Desktop Mode to see the signature of someone. Now, how do I turn it back to mobile mode?

At the bottom of the page, there is a link to change back to mobile mode smile.gif

Wondering whether the SLCD is the same as the one on the Xperia. If it is, seems to me that the AMOLED is much better in terms of clarity and color.

I'll try it later when the version is above 1.0b (1.1 or above)
