there is no factory setting restore, it's only reformat and system restore...system restore only restore back the previous system which u haven't change the setting of ur system..there is no way to restore back if u alrdy format ur system...btw, system restore only works when u wanna restore back ur previous system setting..hope u can understand this...xD

wat u mean factory settings?
if u install drivers from the cds they giv,it would b factory settings,but i highly recommend u sreach for all the drivers in dell's website i think better

Ah see coolers... I am using the "standard" plastic 3 small weak fans one...

I might get one of those proper metal ones with a big fan...

Does it really work? When you use the small coolers they do close to nothing. It raises the PC but that's about it. The plastic can even block a bit of the bottom air vents.

Good, Dell is sending some one over this week...

Those cheapo 3 fan plastic ones are pretty bad and it's pretty noisy as well.Build quality and performance all and all for only a mere RM10 is quite justifiable lar.

Better get a really good one.Else, there's always undervolting and thermal paste application to consider

hey guys, i've been having this problem for quite a long time... firstly sometimes when i turn on my computer, there's no sound, when i click the sound menu at btm right corner, it shows up and hangs, need to force close it. and then my msn live messenger keeps hanging randomly, also i realised if i played music through the laptop speaker, it vibrates alot, isit common? i've tried reinstallin the audio driver by using the CD that Dell provides, but problem still persist. any help?
