not sure what software hes talking about, but he said quite alot that is incompatible.. dunno is hp problem or his problem though.. tongue.gif

i dont give a damn about the backup and went for a clean reformat of windows 7 HP 32bit.. and now im stucked with the product key part.. that sucks.. theres nothing to backup for a new machine..

i use MSE.. nod.gif

MSE is lightweight.. compare to mcafee
