Hi all, need advice here...
Why music sounded like no ummph when I connected my XPS16 to external speaker? With the same speaker, I get a LOT better sound quality when connected to my desktop. Could it be driver problem? Or poor output quality from audio jack? Thanks. |

Hi all, is it possible to extend desktop to 3 screens? I tried on my XPS16, only able to get max 2 screens... now with 2 screens showing on 2 external monitors and laptop screen is turned off...

Hi all, I just got my Asus Xonar and when I connecting it to my XPS16 and 2.1 speaker, I can only get 2.0 sound from my speaker (no sound from woofer). Also sometimes sound output from speaker tends to be distorted. So I want to know:
- how to get 2.1 sound? - is the sound card faulty? I not sure if its setting that caused the distortion Thanks in advance. |

Hi all, I suspect my XPS16 Bluray drive have problem burning DVD. When I burn DVD halfway it stops and giving error and eject the disc. Then I check there are scratches on the disc (same area after I tried few discs). Before burn the disc is totally scratch free.
I wonder is it possible the burner scratched the disc then failed to burn? Thanks. |

I can still claim warranty when I'm in Singapore right? they will diagnose thru phone call first then only come to my house to replace the part?I wonder is it possible the burner scratched the disc then failed to burn?
