I think RM240k is good just that please get the one facing KTM or sri ehsan. I think those facing cemetery will not be that pleasant

240k cant even get Facing cementery due to mrt2 is just 100 meters distance

Is MRT2 re-aligned to have a station in KS? I was confused when our PM announced MRT2 to start from Selayang.

As a view of banker, this condo may be difficult to get approval for financing because this development is near to chinese burial ground.

some of the bank stop financing around this area.

any loan inquiries, pls do not hesitate to PM me.(banker)

rent have go up. so the foreigner pakistan moved out to nearby flat.

hear say more working adult working putra/bank negara/ mid valey/kl sentra.
