For Kepong area condo I recommend Vista mutiara 2 or First residence. I will never consider Kepong sentral area apartment, very dusty, noisy and bad fengshui.
VM2: Pros: - low density (260+ units),
- resonable price 1100sqft < 200k with 2 car parks,
- low maintenance with less facilities, can be good or bad.
- convenient. Carefour, Jusgo, banks and food court within walking distance.
- very low risk of uncompletion. Almost completed, roof work now.
Cons: - VM1 got lots of complaint about workmanship, developer promise to improve in VM2 but never know the results, but they do change the exterior wall from foam blocks to bricks.
- Small time developer.
- Could be congested with VM1 and First residence next to it.
FR : Pros: - Most luxurious condo in Kepong area starting with 230k+.
- 3 tier security.
- so so ok developer, construction going smooth, can see monthly update from their website.
- convenient. Carefour, Jusgo, banks and food court within walking distance.
- low risk of incompletion. structure up to 10th floor already, fully completed in Dec 2011.
Cons : - price is quite high in kepong area, starting from 230k.
- maintenance is high with 0.25 cents/ft.
- quite high density with very long walkway.
- only face east or west, anyway facing the sun everyday.
- most units come with 1 car park.
Both development still have very few units available 3 months ago but dunno now, you can check.

erm actually i dun reli prefer kepong area i would prefer cheras/puchong area and i'm buying for investment only..
