We have a new movie @ TGV call " Gangster Kepong"

It is a love story.

Will this movie making Kepong better or not?

Hope, they will make a movie call " Cheras " when I moved to youcity. rclxms.gif

those pak hitam stayed in nearby low cost flat n shop lot.

k s is one of my rental best investment

All my units tenant out are either ofix workers work in kl sentral or mid valey.

kepong sentral go there direct. Just 90m from ktm station.

now mgmt seem got some improve.

I think this condo is good bet for mrt2.

i plan to keep for at least 10 years. Good for rental.

i plan to increase to 1380pm when conteact renew. Workable?

I also think 240k is good bargain. It is 6.5 % rental yield.

this condo super easy to rent out due to ktm just next door 2 minutes walking

Saw newspaper keep mentioned kepong sentral mrt 2

Sin chew. The star. The edge.

look like kepong sentral when mrt2 announce price can go up to 350k thumbup.gif

b1 and b2 is low cost

b3 is the one with swimming pool

b3 unit 1 to 16 all facing cementary

unit 17 to 24 facing ktm

unit 25 to 36 all facing swimming pool
