The unit got leaking problem in master bathroom... Can see water mark on the wall.. Anyway, 266K for this auction unit is a bit high to me... As not sure what have inside the unit and need to ask the owner move out(currently still staying by the owner)...

Hopefully the new owner can have a smooth on it...

266k is very good bargain....new owner can sell easily ....300k with such highfloor n number.

Just a friendly reminder. If you guys are buying for own stay make sure you guys check the unit first and make sure there are no leaking problem. I've sold my unit nearly a year ago because I can't stand the leaking problem. The maintenance was not very helpful either.

How do we differentiate between whether it is supposed to be rectified by maintenance or by ourselves?

After 2 years from VP, then suppose all cost will bear by the owner.. Since developer no longer to provide warranty..

What is the problem with B3-18-18 ho? Back in Auction at the reserve price of 100k. Seem like the previous success bidder abandoned his purchase and 10% was also forfeited. Sound like he went check the property after the auction and found out sthg bad, loan not approved or etc?

I have lodged a complaint with New Light Century on leakage in master bathroom but so far no feedback from them. I think it has been 2 months

the complaint was against B3-18-18 ah?
