No problem. Infact all music, videos, audiobooks and apps you buy from apple store can use up to 5 devices - notebook, desktop, or iPod or iPhone or MacBook etc etc

Really? I thought you could only activate 5 computers with a given account. The number of devices to which you can then sync to I thought was unlimited.

I know that I can listen to purchased music on:
My iPhone, My wife's iPhone, My Imac, an old iPod and the Mac itself. If anyone would like to donate me an extra iDevice I would gladly report my findings.

Well, I'm just giving tips which I got it from the tech team in maxis about the antenna issue... (not from the counter's guys... Pls~ they won't know much, so no point asking them)
Anyway, they tested it and have briefly told me that the issue still persist and asking me to wait till Apple releases their new stocks.
I do understand that many of you already owned one and have no such problem or somewhat... or those who just crave about having one without thinking much.
My point is, tips are given to you and if you believe it, take it. If you don't, just ignore it. Hey, it's your money that you are spending...
Btw, there's no need for you to judge who can afford it or not. I don't think that is appropriate at all and very immature to say something like that.

It's not. In fact, I've read an article about Foxconn in China have a secret factory which was assigned to produce only for the revised iP4 with all the defects fixed.
And the reason why they end the FREE bumper campaign in 30th September. Cause they'll release new stocks from that factory. Believe it or not? You do your math...

If it's truly an issue, Apple would have stopped selling the iPhone 4, instead of continuing its launch.

I sync the same app, audio, movie on my ipod touch, iphone3gs, iPad, iMac and macbookpro. ( last 2 for audio, movie, audio book only) If I want to sync another i have to wait 1 year, deauthorized all and resync again. Is standard apple policy

Well, I can't speak for Apple.
But as what Steve Job's mentioned that many of the consumer will use the phone with a case and it'll fix the problem anyway...
Also, not saying that the phone is totally unusable. It can be used. Just only holding your phone in such ways and so on.

the fact of the matter is... it wont be fix like u said... ask any people who have iphone 4 and been using it in malaysia... yes the bar did drop a few but not the the fact that u can make or recieve. beside a fixing then will need approval of FCC... which is a pain staking process...

Anyways, the new iPhone4 by Maxis n Digi would definitely still be the ones with reception problem since they're gonna start selling it next month (according to sources told by forumers).. There won't be new stocks so fast lar..

The problem with Apple in this matter is mainly because they never admitted it was a hardware problem and insisted it was due to their software glitches.... They're still not coming up with a good solution yet to convince the customers...
It's true that the phone is still useable under normal circumstances, but you can't change the fact that by the end of the day a reception defect phone is still a reception defect phone... The feeling is like getting urself a lower grade phone when u paying for a high price...

as apple said tat new design for the phone will make the reception better....

hence... let say apple signal bar have 5 bars same as other...

so apple declare signal will better which mean in iphone 4's 5 bar mean the reception better than other phone with 5 bar..

so when u see the signal bar drop... it only mean maybe it come to the normal reception like other phone only..

it don't drop call then its ok...
