You can use freeware PIM Backup or $$ware SMS Backup provided your old HTC phone is a WM phone.

Need some advise for fellow sifu:

Saw this is on promo at pcfair, is RM1999 a good buy?
What is closest competing phone (spec & price) for this?
Was told that Android is more on game and WinMo will be for PIM, right?

Thanks

Android Froyo ver 2.2 on htc HD2 : I have updated my blog where I summarized the latest tests I have done is 99.99 % successful . I have now a working useable Android rom on my HD2. I will be using it the next few days instead of my Nexus to evaluatte more. So far the results are very good and I'd say is quite unbelievable that the HD2 is running the Android Froyo version so well.

I have also done up a simple side by side comparison between the Google Nexus ( Froyo ) and the HTC HD2 ( Android Froyo Sense ) :

Nice review Benny. Good to know our HD2 android development is improving so much so fast. Will probably try dual booting once the android OS is more stable and when I get a 16gb micro SD.

Can anyone recommend where to get 16gb micro SD minimum Class 4.
