Just flash back - it will overwrite it. Suggest you do a TASK29 first before  doing it : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=644781

If you find the XDA details too complicate , this is a very simple guide HERE

Which android version ? The homescreen swipes across all should be immediate - not even 1 sec. Battery life is poorer than WM , I guessestimate 10 % not issue for me as I have 3 batteries !!
Before you install your Window rom, did you do a TASK 29 - this usually helps a lot to remove all hidden partition files and give you a 100% clean partition to start flash new roms. Also the SD card, did you format first using the SD program I recommended

thanks bro, ive format my card using the software you recommend and the android seems goes smooth now.

The best backup n restore software is titanium backup n is free app , download from market

Use it to to do full backup. After install, run the Problems tab and go to batch , select the backup options you want , many choices

When restore to a new rom, untick or deselect all the red colored items as these are system files n settings from last backup rom. You will have all your previous rom apps fully restored including their settings

Another good backup is mybackuppro , there is also a free version. This program you can select to restore program, program n it's data, or data only

Just test n decide which you prefer

thank alot benny bro.. appriciate it. will give it a try today night and will share my experience.

bro, i had the same problem also so i decided to try lighter version.... try chucky rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=734238
i found the response is a little better. i just flashed to that rom today morning and so far better when come to lock and unlock screen.
like benny adviced, flash with task29 the install the rom after that only format the SD card and restoer the android folder.
