Added on October 14, 2010, 8:41 pmMany complaining about not having apartment tickets. Even the girls in Murni because they are pushing the girls(JPA scholars) from Ilmu to Murni. So Ilmu got more spaces but heard they letting guys into Ilmu. Whats the point of having dogs and fences all around the girls apartment then? Whats happening with Uniten?! Hi does anyone know how to work around the new internet proxy settings that they have recently implemented in the apartments. I can't download anything with my IDM let along youtube videos.. Anybody know how to fix?? TIA |

Added on October 18, 2010, 1:04 amso the internet proxy will be a permanent one? Oooh sounds interesting re Robbery...finally something interesting happens in Uniten..as long as nobody gets hurt. I believe the proxy are going to be permanent as such to limit downloading and abuse of internet by hackers(i use this term loosely) in Uniten. But i've heard rumours there are ways of bypassing the proxy and what not..but nothing substantial...Furthermore i've heard of staff ip's and underground ip address known only by select few that grants access to super fast internet... Anyone know nething?? |

The facilities mostly are fine. Only the two top things I hear people complain are the bus and internet. Both are crawlingly slow.

Anyone know nething?? Well, if people know something, they won't let others know la.. Many people = slow connection.. VPN's do not work, my friend tried that out, and failed.. Proxy? it seems more and more likely to be permanent.... Can't even skype on normal proxy.. but got solution for that . BTW, heard that 4 laptops got stolen at amanah recently..
