Nope. When applying for graduation you have a choice either pick it up yourself or have it posted to your house. My suggestion, go and pick it up. I chose post and the transcript was all folded over by the basted postmen even though it's already written there 'Jangan Lipat'.

cgpa 3.75 is the standard for FIRST CLASS almost in all universities..but then again UNITEN offers everyone who graduates a Bach.Eng(Hons.) so who really knows??? I thought normally u only get to have Hons. only if you have a really good cgpa...

Hrmm ok this is getting very confusing. Hope any seniors that graduated can feed us with more info.

As per my graduation one year ago, here's what's written on the back of my transcript.

First Class Honours = >3.50
Second Class Honours (Upper) = 3.00-3.49
Second Class Honours (Lower) = 2.00-2.99

And yes, Hons is given to all that simply passes without any CGPA requirement.

Btw, this is written on any transcript given by UNITEN. So if you've passed your Foundation, go take it out and look at the back.

I've checked intranet sites http://aibob and http://ntah both of them aren't working, i receive Error Code 11001: Host not found, also tried to connect to irc server @ irc.ug.my & aibob but XChat irc client says Connection failed. Error: Connection refused.

tried to fix the proxy tmg.uniten.edu.my and other local proxies in irc client, but still not working. (error, Connection timed out).

are the intranet sites and irc server down ?
if not, how do i connect to them ?

hmm how bout if my gpa for this sem is below 2.00 but my cgpa is still above 2.00, do i need to retake any subject? last time i heard ppl said its according to our cgpa, but not very sure tho? anyone have any experience in this XD?

Any failed subjects obviously need to be retaken. You can't graduate with a failed subject. But if they're not fail, then it's fine without retaking. Though retaking would be better to raise your CGPA.

ermm dun mean fail let say this sem i've got 2 subject with D (1.00) so my gpa is 1.xx but my cgpa still 2.xx
