Hi i'm EE student does anyone know if we can take Chemistry as a subject??? Is it only for foundation??...i've seen some students going around with Chemistry books. Always liked chemistry...wouldn't mine taking it

I think Chem/Phys are Foundies subjects so yeah, can't take it probably.

i read thru some of the old post in uniten thread, there is a post saying only the CORE CGPA is counted on our final year, those non-core subject are not counted? is is true?

I am not quite sure about this but if the subject is in your course structure, then it will be counted. Core or non-core subjects.

Yea i am curious about this too. Because they say the new system they will print out your core cgpa and your total cgpa on your cert or something i also not sure. But First class, second class and etc depends on total cgpa.

Oh, if they say it has been changed, can't help ya
But as a graduate I can say that the cert I have does not separate core and total cgpa. I graduate a year ago.

may i know wat is the pointer to get 1st class honour? and I heard abt that there'll be no distinction btw 1st class n 2nd class in the future anymore coz all will be recognized as honors only.. is this true?
