QUOTE(jah_skido @ Oct 10 2010, 12:53 PM) So for Engineering CORE subjects (3 Credit Hour) we normally take 4hrs a week = 3hr Lectures and 1hr Tutorial. Yes. Here's an example of mine during my foundation days. 2 core subjects with one IKAL.So for this upcoming special sem would it be like 8hrs a week = 6hrs lectures and 2hrs Tutorial for Engineering CORE subjects?? ![]() |

Haha Co-curriculum classes I think has been phased out already. Most IKAL classes are either language or general studies. Mostly because back then IT foundations have to take 4 different classes for Co-co. 3 during foundations and one during degree.
Others I have took are Badminton and Kayaking (in that smelly lake Others that are available includes Athletic, Swimming, Golf and Horse Riding. This post has been edited by exentric_nova: Oct 10 2010, 07:04 PM |

Haha badminton was the best. Mostly we just played all 3 hours. Damn fun.
Kayak was the worst since it was that damn smelly lake I actually took my degree's IKAL late. I think it was on my 3rd year. That time coco are pretty much non-existent so I had to take some general class. sport for workplace or something like that. Damn boring weh. Thank god the lecturer let us chose our title for class project and we pick Paintball. The only moment where the class was worth the effort |

Check your course content. I'm sure they give you a book during orientation. There's also UNITEN's website.

QUOTE(heavenly91 @ Oct 11 2010, 03:06 AM) Hey. Can motivate me? First year already feel like this. Imagine when you are in your 2nd and 3rd. To tell you the truth, it will be harder and harder compare to what you are facing right now. Maybe because engineering is not your thing.I always feel demotivated.. I feel like stop studying.. Very tired of studying Mechanical engineering adi.. (1st year, 1st sem) Try to love engineering and think about your future. Thats what i do now. |

QUOTE(heavenly91 @ Oct 11 2010, 03:06 AM) Hey. Can motivate me? Hi I'm an alumni who graduated on May 2008. I had a similar experience as you during my first and second years. Fortunately, I found the answer and that is to make some really close friends, not quantity but quality friends. Two or three is enough. They don't have to be very smart at their studies, as long as you can trust them enough to tell them who your secret crush is, or share some dirty jokes. We helped each other in our assignments and studies. We would go to mamak together, eat ramli burger together, and go swimming together. After exams, we would go steamboat or some other happening place to dine and feast together. Uni life became the best time of my life. I always feel demotivated.. I feel like stop studying.. Very tired of studying Mechanical engineering adi.. (1st year, 1st sem) |
