Maybe he meant industrial design? Some degree courses are still left in kl bcoz they were waiting for new faculty to complete. But its almost done now, so later they might move back to skudai.

Yes I'm Malaysian, currently studying in Taiwan.

I guess I'd be applying for Master of Science (M. Sc) (Computer Science) or Master of Computer Science (Information Security).

I'm in this dilemma because if I further my studies here in Taiwan, I'd be given full scholarship which waives my tution fees and provide free accommodation plus around RM 600 stipend per month...But I live in JB and my grandpa kinda wish me to go back to Malaysia, thus UTM is not a bad choice where I get to continue my studies yet live close with my family.

What do you think?

that sounds plausible. but like i said, i'm not very sure about what taught courses covered by UTM scholarship. but then again, there are other scholarships out there that do. u just have to seek them out.

alternatively, u might wanna contact some lecturers in UTM, try and find out if they have a rather large research grants under their names. they might not give u a lot of cash, but they can give u equipments, books and stuffs like that (that's worth quite a lot).

Im interested with the Aeronautical Engineering in UTM.
