i use mybackup pro myself. simple UI and it works.. i can flash new rom for testing without the worries of losing data smile.gif

i just backup phone number. and copy back sd card to PC as i create ext2.

now im on CM7 and seem pretty good. speed and feel more snappier.
try HO! NO! only.seem happy now on ginger.hehe

got live wallpaper. i'm using the original leaked version, not the stripped down version. maybe sileshn have removed it. you can install it back.

Latest rumour is that German beta-testers have gotten the final release to test (which appears similar to the APAC leak) and the buggy kernel is the one the update will come with.

hmm...om CM7 ginger rite now. duno want to try official froyo or not.
the nandroid backup still have 2.1.the original state.
is it OK to upgrade OTA with vulnerable_recovery ?
or there will be a problem while updating official froyo with vulnerable_recovery?

It's works perfectly for me, it restores all ur sms n thread accordingly smile.gif Don't try SMS BACKUP n2manager as it screws up the threads

U guys should try Titanium backup for restoring game data, or for any other app for that matter (fyi, for sms it only backup settings, not the smses). I use Titanium for this when wiping data/doing fresh install of ROM and it does its job well. Game highscores, progress, settings etc. all get restored

all got special feature in their class..
Moto = slow official update,locked bootloader,moto blur..but hardware i love alot.
sammy = love AMOLED only.
LG = never tried.hehe

The Parallax Screen of the LG Optimus 3D along with the 2 main cameras certainly differentiates them from the rest of the market. That's probably the one that's most interesting to me at the moment.

guys, i'm planning to upgrade my MS to GOT mod froyo tonite. as newbie, just try and error n base on internet instruction. anyway, what GOT Firmware for our region? is it UK firmware? what happen if i choose wrong firmware? really make me nervous. damn!

why you want GOT rom? it is a very old rom, and drain battery very fast.
try CM6 or APAC leaked rom is much better.

EDIT: over XDA forum, there's now another new rom. O2 for Germany, comments of most people said it is much stable than APAC rom.
here's the sbf link: Froyo SBF
if flash by sbf will retain your data, but no root. also German keyboard the letter "z" and "y" are swapped in place.
