This Unifi really do it wrong.. You know what is the place that really nearest and can consider as bandar street in Kuantan Pahang??

I bet that the nearest jungle in kuantan already has unifi.. "JUNGLE"

Many parts in the middle of Georgetown and other city centres don't have it yet.

I had just recently moved to Neo Damansara (along PJU 8/1). Unfortunately, Unifi doesn't have coverage on Block C1 where I live in.

According to someone I spoke to at the TM Point in SS21, they do not have a timeframe as to when coverage will be provided in Block C1. However they do note that Blocks A to F (the commercial buildings) do have coverage.

Anyone knows how long this would take?

Til then, I'm stuck with using my Galaxy S2 as a HSDPA modem/access point.

Me a sad panda.

i'm still thinking why BDC Satria Jaya kuching area still don't have unifi .-.

Also no DSL coverage in Neo Damansara.

I think I'd rather wait for Unifi, as Streamyx is not enough for me. I used to have 4mbps Streamyx. And I was not at all happy with it for the following reasons:

1. 1000RM deposit for expats (and I've not received my refund for this!) which is not written on their ToCs.
2. False advertising (sign up for a 4mbps plan and you only get to use 3.2mbps max)
3. Upload speed is crap (my 4mbps plan then was only capable of 125kbps upload speed)

The first Fiber ISP that gets Neo Damansara hooked up gets my hard-earned buck!

Nope, Neo Damansara isn't hooked up with fiber yet.

But, yes, the surrounding condos have unifi coverage: Damansara Perdana, Ritze Perdana 2, Metropolitan Square. So i really hope that Neo gets hooked up soon.

hi, I am planning to apply for streamyx 8mb or unifi 5mb , whichever is available at my area. Somehow when browsing for info at unifi main page, it says the download quota is 60GB for Unifi 5MB. Has TM started to implement data quota?
