Anyone can tell me.. Why in unifi coverage page, it show my apartment name, my neighbor unit number, but just dont have my unit number >.<

My house under renovation, and want to do conceal wiring for the unifi cable, i just need someone to pull the cable ready for me, my wireman will conceal it. or he want to do all also can.. i need it quite urgent.

my house has no pole outside cos new phase, but i see the green unifi hub outside each row of house.

got any contractor? i tried calling a few numbers given by TM, but the respond very slow..like not bothered.

please help.. very desperate

unifi contractors won't install to houses under construction/renovation
better to ask your contractor put a pipe then when all renovation done, unifi contractor can just pull the unifi cable through the pipe

Woke up this morning and saw my house jalan full with "UniFi kini ada di sini" bunting, but then I check the UniFi site, still not listed worr.. -.-

Yup they just put it at jalan watan 20..
But at website, that road not yet covered

Yeah, Jalan Watan 19 & 21 got those bunting, but they never bothered to update their website, is these buntings set up by the agents /resellers or TM themselves?

BTW, I went to Maxis Pavilion today, they used UniFi's website to check for coverage doh.gif

maxis will use unifi website as the infra is from them.
they share the same infra to run fibre to home

Just now got someone from TM going house to house collecting details, he said if got 5 house that show interest, only then they will install
