Im planning to change my Rims. Im driving a Type E NHC.

If i change to 17" wheels,what is the ideal tyre size?

Hmm I often see ppl changing to 205/45 tyre size for 17" rims. Its gonna get bumpy

even the stock i also feel blardy bumpy and not comfortable. some more noisy til max.. =.=''

17" rim your nhc wont feel lag of power ?

That was the reason why I installed Guang DAO LV to supplement my wider tires and additional weight from ultra racing bars.

anyone got installed Honda City ORIGINAL Illuminated Side Step???

want to ask, does all four side steps got light on the CITY wordings or only the front 2.........not the rear 2 side steps..

Yep...bumpy alrite..but what to do...honda gave us rear torsion beam suspension...cheapest to manufacture haha. Try looking at the other honda models and u will see that our suspension setup is the cheapest n simplest among the rest. Bump bump bump~

err i think most B-segment uses torsion beam suspension. btw civic uses double wishbone rear setup which is by far more superior than macphersons in most jap c-segment

Original one, only front 2 got city wording, rear 2 does not have it.

ok thanks... becos i just installed at honda service centre yesterday..... paid rm600 for the side step, only front got light, i tot i kena cheated or what..........

besides, the door visor anyone got install???? does it come with 4 pieces also for urs?

i installed mine yesterday too.... but a bit regret.... felt that without visor looks more sporty....

next thing i want to install ish the alloy pedal.........rm150 only........

I installed the replica Illuminated Side Step but didn't connect the cable. Just need additional protection. I agree that visors makes the ride ugly and I can live without that. I had the sport pedal installed when the car was delivered.

i think visor better not to install, does not improve the car looking....

side step, i feel it ish nice.... worth it for me...

The side step will gives extra protection.... Yup original sport pedal from Honda... Cost RM150.

side step rm600 .... crazy price >.<
with rm600 can get a good and nice looking duck tail + 3rd party side step with 4 side LED city wording dy...

I'm gonna get my Lovely Honda City end of this month...hurrraaayyyy!!

estimation date was end of August...but get early a month.....yeah! can't wait...hehe..

it ish a bit ex, but at least it ish ORIGINAL, i cannot accept third party/imitate thingy one....if no money need to install chiong one, i would rather not install............

Yeap...B segment cars were made by manufacturers to be cheaper so they can tap into a larger market hence manufacturing costs have to be lowered. Can't do much abt that. Yeah civic uses a diff setup..check out the accord's multi link setup too. For the record, Toyota cars suspension setup isn't as complicated as Honda hence helping them to lower costs
