Yup agree, you only need to have the item once then it's counted even if u sell it off later

As for Libra, just need to scan 100, the rest are optional, but of course scanning makes fights easier

Hehe i'm kinda the perfectionist type-of-person...so restarting the game is the way to go. Besides, i'm still early when i realized that i missed it.

Maaya Sakamoto has been Voice acting in quite a number of SE's movie and also their games... Such as Lightning, Aerith, Aya Brea, Crona from Soul Eater and thats all I know..

as of FF XIII, maaya has 4 FF title under her

just bought dis game , first time playing ff series so really confuse...now i'm still in tutorial mode can i buy any weapon ?? also how come no gil??
have to say its very good game still nid to learn from this game

Yes you can buy weapon when shops are made available to you but you can get weapons from treasure chest so no need to buy unless you miss it. Gil can only be acquired by selling stuff, read the materials description and you'll know what can be sell off to shop, you don't get Gil from beating enemies anymore. Don't sell any of the accessories unless you have like a few of the same type, always keep one of each type with you.

Anyway just continue playing and you'll learn more about the game and how to play it, it's more accessible than previous FF games, so just enjoy yourself playing it

OKay honestly, FF XIII was the worst FF i ever played. The stoy was the worst in the series. Although i have to admit, the Graphics and battle were really good ( im sure every1 knows the linearity aspect of FF XIII so i dont need to mention that sucked ) but seriously, L'acie, Falcie, Pulse, Cocoon all these just gave me a headache. I know they are gonna fix the linearity aspect in XIII-2 but please !!! give us an FF worthy story ! Versus XIII on the other handn looks quite good, even the setting is much more interesting than Lightnings horrible tale. OKay, incase i offend any1, these are my opinion.

I also think that the storyline/plot is the weak point of this game. This is disappointing me as the plot has been the main factor that got me into the ff series. The linearity on the contrary is not a problem for me at all. Oh, btw, if you wanna understand the Falcie thing completely, pls play XIII-2.

I don't remember exactly how the battle goes. But have Sazh alternates his specialties during the battles. If not mistaken, they are Com, Rav and Syn. Of course, haste is a must. Changing the roles at appropriate time is the key to winning all the summon battles. After a few tries, you will get the whole idea. Don't worry.
