iPad like any Apple products do not support flash for some reasons hehehe... but it does support HTML v5 which is an alternative but nothing solid yet. Flash is still the way to go. Surprisingly a lot of sites are still functional on the iPad. So it depends on the pages you go to.

even without apps you can upload photos from ipad/iphone email to facebook, twitpic n pbucket. look under each website mobile upload settings, should be under account settings. for pbucket you have to send individual email tho or it will reject (meaning cant cc at same time).
