QUOTE(stringfellow @ Jul 6 2010, 04:48 PM) The Griffin A-Frame is too heavy to be mobile. For stationary use, it is okay. But I dislike the heavy bottom design, and the angle of which the stand opens to. Very limited angle. wholly s***..... they increase skadoosh to USD99.99. so my source was accurate rite........we are glad to get it at USD58...........That's the beauty of both Skadoosh and Joule. They are both collapsible unto itself, and maintains a firm and stable grip with the iPad. If you notice, the A-Frame employs the leaning of the iPad into its slot (a.k.a gravity) to maintain it in place. Both the Joule and Skadoosh grips the iPad in its deep slots. The Skadoosh was once USD68, before they realized that they have a hit product and increases the price o USD100. Added on July 7, 2010, 2:54 am QUOTE(blacktrix @ Jul 6 2010, 09:23 PM) Damn. Does anybody know where I can purchase the STM Jacket iPad around KL/PJ/online?
Their website doesn't have any online store...and only mentions dealers in Penang. |

Happy with yoobao case from www.moresales.com. My earlier switcheasy nude case fits in though a tight fit. It gives extra protection at the exposed corners. Slightly heavier but adaptable. Orders from moresales take 10 days to deliver as stated.

Name: Xgear Folio
Type of accessory: iPad Case Brand/name of manufacturer: Xgear (http://www.xgearlive.com/) Price: RM270 Availability: Lowyat Forums Available online?: No Pros: Interesting carbon fibre design, snug fit and nice angle on which it can stand. Stand is stable. Cons: Poor quality, side of the iPad is exposed and not enough padding. Will you recommend this product?: No My personal rating: 4 out of 10 Reasons for poor review: Poor quality » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Too thin to my liking » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Mavik: Jul 14 2010, 03:17 PM |

Anyone interested in purchasing a good iPad dock ? I got a few extra which i bought.
Not the wobbly and poor fitting official Apple one which is sold for USD30; but a high quality large sized dock which fits perfectly, charges perfectly and allows high quality music playback via the music out port. High quality rubberized bottom prevents slippage from table. ![]() This post has been edited by miruvaaccessories: Jul 14 2010, 04:28 PM |

well i got my Sp from askarperang.
both matt and glossy applied on 2 ipads for comparison matt : pros - good quality feel, cheap , maintains sharpness (comparable to powersupport) perfect fit. cons - looses contrast and sharpness as compared to a glossy sp glossy : pros - cheap, good contrast, cons - it has a U shape like cut out for the home button as compared to the usual O shape the glossy film has a raindow like reflection when viewed from an angle .. but does not interfere with viewing . my 2 cents ...
